"Very cool vibe. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with fresh baked bread and sides. Beautiful surroundings. I wish we had more time to lounge in the hammocks and cozy up by the fire pits. We did enjoy the hot tub. It was clean and temp was perfect. Linens were nice quality. Had the mattress not been sagging so much I would have given 5 stars, but my back and neck were a little jacked in the morning. Friendly staff."

"Cute hotel but very noisy because of the restaurant on the main floor. Bed was not very stable and the receptionist (a guy) was not pleasant either. Ok for one night. "

"I loved the quaintness of the Inn and especially the little suite I was in. A suggestion would be to replace the 2 chairs in the main bedroom because they are all worn out. They look nice, but they are not comfortable to sit in."

"This was our second stay at the Reluctant Panther, and we enjoyed it very much. Our room in the main building was beautiful. My cousins' room in the next building was great, with a lovely back porch & pond view. We had the breakfast basket everyday in the dining room, which was fine. I would definitely recommend this property for location, decor, cleanliness, and good value. Hope to return again soon!"

"Communications were excellent, before, during and after our stay. Jackie personally showed us to our room, showed us where coffee, the community fridge and the breakfast room were, and highlighted information to make our stay more pleasant. The room was a bit quirky (the only closet was in the bathroom; the bedroom was a couple of steps up from the bathroom and entry) and furnished rustically. It was quite a contrast to the elegant exterior of the inn, and given the rather high nightly rate,...
