"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"The hotel is on the island of Lido about a 40 minute taxi boat ride away from Venice. We didn't realize just how far away it is, it's not a convenient place to visit Venice. HOWEVER, the hotel is Beautiful and is literally on the beach. There is something about walking along the shore of the Adriatic Sea. The beds were comfortable, and rooms large for Italy. "

"This was an amazing place. The young man at the desk helped us with water shuttles to the next Idland. He helped us get to the airport. It was incredible what he did for us. "Property was very nice. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Room was a good location and not bad for the size of it. Shower was tiny, tv didn’t work and it was super hot in the room. Those would be the only downfalls. The thermostat didn’t seem to work so we couldn’t cool it off at all. "

Without exception, all the reception, breakfast, and cleaning staff were the same - most helpful and pleasant. The rooms were spotless. The variety of food provided at the breakfast was exceptional and excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel. "
