"The air conditioning (AC) were not working at all, they were in a poor condition which once you switch off it does not start again. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. "This is not even a 3 start place. Terrible hotel with poor standards. I was staying at the hotels for three days and they didn’t even change towels. I asked to do it but the hotel management ignored my request. Breakfast with cold eggs, instant made coffee and spoiled food. No mini bar or coffee maker in the room"

В комнате проживали девушки маргиналки, разговаривали до трёх ночи в комнате, другой позвонили после 12 ночи, начала говорить в полный голос. Никакой культуры и элементарного уважения. "The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful in organising tours and transfers which worked out really well. They were helpful at all times and very responsive and informed. Staying at this hotel was a brilliant start to our stay in Central Asia. The hotel too is very nice and centrally located. Food at the bar was also really nice. "

"Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! "
