"I really like the location and vibe, except the loud 1980s music was annoying. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The food downstairs at Druzi Cafe was very delicious, but a bit pricey. However, their lattes were lukewarm and served in a soda glass with a straw. Definitely weird… Unfortunately, during my entire 5-night stay there, my room was not cleaned a single time, and my sheets and towel were never replaced. In addition something bit the heck out of me. My back and ankles...

"When I arrived at this hostel, it was my fault that it was earlier than the check-in time. He, Ukrainian taxi driver negotiated with me, but I was rejected as well. So I had to take another hostel."

"I went to the address in Expedia, but there was no hostel. I asked ‘Where’s Hostel Leo?’ to nearby workers, then their answer was ‘It’s closed, sorry.’. I disappointed with angry. Of course I concern about the situation of Ukraine, therefore I lost stay 2 times."

"Zaletą jest to, że hostel znajduje się w samym centrum miasta. Apartamenty rodzinne są malutkie, dwa pokoje, ale z jednego wejście do toalety, do drugiego pokoju i wyjście na korytarz, co nie jest wygodne. Miła obsługa."

"My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! "

"Trotz bestätigte Reservierung war das Zimmer nicht verfügbar. Ich sollte dann einen sehr hohen Betrag zahlen, dass ich ein anderes Zimmer bekomme, weil angeblich eben mit der Buchungsplattform über die ich gebucht habe, nicht mehr kooperiert wird. Die Buchungsplattform sagt genau das Gegenteil, dass die Hotels Bei Ihnen inserieren . Letztendlich musste ich leider aufgrund der Unfähigkeit des Hotels auf der Straße schlafen. Und das im Kriegsgebiet.! Herzlichen Dank an das Hotel und ich empfehle...
