Stayed in a deluxe room and another room with our family - looked out onto the beautiful piazza! Phenomenal custom order breakfast and open bar (all day long) was the cherry on top! "Artemide Guest House is more of a completely remote hotel. We didn’t see any staff besides housekeeping and you’re given all the instructions to check-in on WhatsApp the day before. You’ll pay for the city tax remotely before your stay. They have daily housekeeping, but charge you 1 Euro per towel if you change it daily. "El proceso de Check-In fue bastante sencillo, incluso llegando de noche. Buena comunicación previa a la llegada, obtuvimos toda la información necesaria. "Loved the room, loved the location. Directly across from Pitti Palace and within walking distance to many great sites. A quick five minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite which was huge and having two bathrooms was great. Didn’t have much contact with reception but enjoyed our stayed. Shopping and restaurants all around. Would stay again."

"We had such a wonderful stay here. A gorgeous boutique hotel in a great location, easy to walk to all the main attractions. The staff are absolutely lovely and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The best part is the style of the hotel, it is absolutely gorgeous and mixes traditional upmarket Florence with homey. We will absolutely be coming back next time we’re in Florence. I will be recommending to friends and family coming to Florence. "
