"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time. "The hotel is located along the prettiest coast. The huge park is just 1 minute across the hotel. Really! There’s a playground, skater park and lanes for running/ scooter. The hotel is very pretty, rooms are clean and quiet. Nicely renovated. Our suite comes with a living room, 6seater dining table and a side kitchen. Really friendly for families. My girl enjoyed her stay so much! The plus point is the pool, the kids pool comes with 2 slides and shower “mushrooms”. It is so fun! "

"I stayed here for 1 night and never again. Was given room 2611 and it was an adjoining room. I could hear the kids next door all night. Then the temperature control in the room doesn’t work! It stays at 24C all night! The pillow and duvet is cheap quality and not cotton so it feels really hot! I normally stay opposite my favourite hotel and will continue doing so. Last time in St Giles"

"We loved the historical aspects of the building. The room was very nicely appointed, it was quite spacious, the bed / linens were very comfortable and the hot tub was nice as well. We also ate there a few times, one was for the Father’s day dinner with live music. It was a little expensive, but the food was very good. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea is very good too."
