"Our stay was incredible, we were hesitant to book due to the price but we can confidently say that we made the right decision. We booked our reservation for 3 nights and definitely wish we could’ve stayed longer! We were immediately greeted with friendly staff who offered us tea & sweet treats as we checked in. "The food options were just ok for buffet and very over priced. The private onsen was lovely. Unfortunately the kids pool was very loud in the evening so it made it hard to enjoy. Also was suprised that there really was no view of Mount Fuji which had been advertised. "

"The 4th floor ocean view was amazing. The room is very modern and extremely comfortable. Twin beds were firm but not too hard. They can be pushed together. The mountain view also was unforgettable. The private onsen was so nice to have (I suggest extending the curtain for full surround privacy). Breakfast buffet was fabulous and 1hr was not enough time to eat all the delicious foods (one hour is all we get so dig in!)"

"チェックイン30分前に到着しましたが、スタッフの方に直ぐに対応していただきました。部屋は、源泉掛流し内風呂と源泉足湯テラスつきの部屋に宿泊しました。庭もきれいで、今年は幸いにも河津桜の開花が遅れており、ちょうど満開の時期に宿泊できました。男性大浴湯は、内風呂と２つの露天風呂があり、それぞれお湯の温度が変えてあり、湯守の方の配慮だと感じました。貸切り露天風呂では、川のせせらぎも聞こえてのんびりできました。食事は食堂個室で、おいしくいただき満足しました。料理のメインにはステーキを選択しました。ドリンクメニューで地酒飲み比べセットがありましたが、地酒で大吟醸飲み比べセットがあれば尚良かったです。部屋の寝室ベッドはゆったりくつろげました。廊下に置かれている３種類のアロマエキスを利用できました。お庭の散策時、一番奥の川沿いには、ホテルにより建立された温泉神社があり、温泉に対する真摯な配慮を感じました。スタッフの方は皆様明るく丁寧に対応いただき、サービスにも満足しました。"
