"Checkin was a breeze. They let us check in early to enable us to return our car rental on time. The reception had a great suggestion for a local restaurant. That turned out to be great. They also called for an early morning airport taxi ride for us. Much appreciated. On the negative side. "This apartment is so spacious and clean. It is located in a wonderful area with lots of restaurants, and shops easy to walk to. There is a mini mart right next to the building and also a fruit mart in front of the building. We ate at a local bakery in our street and also walked to other coffee shops in the mornings. "I used to live at Arc towers and it was so good to be back and stay in beautiful Abu Dhabi. Regarding communication they didn’t reach out to me till the day before my stay. This should change really as that was the day I was traveling (by plane from London Heathrow) and of course I could not be contacted, so a bit worried if everything was ok. "The advert said holiday includes airport transfers, which it did not. The bathroom toilet hose was leaking the while time creating a small puddle on the floor. The shower would go a little too hot even when cold. No shower, it had 2 bath-tubs and no facility for elderly people who may need to sit and have a shower.
