"When we got there the front entrance very welcoming but only stairs and a steep ramp with no railings. "My first time in a real 5 star hotel. Beautiful decor, excellent service. Personal contact by staff. The room was prepared for the night when we returned for the night, the so-called turndown service. An issue I created was resolved instantly.
