"Quiet and clean. All rooms have great view of ocean. Would give all 5 stars but elevator area does get a little crowded at times. "

"Nice place to stay, easy access to the beach and bubba gumps. We don’t do rides but it’s a short walk to pleasure pier. You get a nice view of the beach from the balcony and can annoy the sea breeze. The breakfast was great had coffee and sausage with eggs. "

"It was easy to pretend that you were at resort somewhere besides Galveston. The pool and outside area was so beautiful. The staff from out by the pool, in the restaurants, the front desk, valet parking, to the cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"They have renovated this hotel recently and it looks great. Customer service at the main counter and restaurant was great but a lot of the staff at the bar were new and they need to work on customer service there. Ivan was there Saturday. He is great but the lady who had the pool area on Friday would never made her way around outside during the three hours we were at the pool. "
