Got picked up in Rome by private transport, enjoyed a very delicious dinner prepared by our host Marco and his wife Pia, received a very nice welcome gift and after a delicious breakfast departed for our cruise ship in Civitavecchia. I would definitely stay here again if I am cruising out of the port of Civitavecchia. "

"This is a beautiful and tranquil place. The views anre stunning. Owners were helpful kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight in a quadruple room before a cruise, which actually was two bedrooms in one room number, great with teenagers and good value. The only negative for us was that the accommodation is isolated and is only accessible by car, were we had traveled by train. "Stayed here with another couple the evening before our cruise. Sandro, the owner, is absolutely awesome. He picked us up from the airport, got us settled in our rooms and then took us to the best restaurant in the area for our first fine Italian meal. The next morning he arranged our transportation to the cruise ship. This is not a hotel, it is a stand alone building that has been converted into several new rooms. Everything is new, modern and clean."

"It was a clean and a nice sized room. However, the breakfast is just packages of sweets, some apples, bread, cheese and yogurt. A working toaster would have been great. Perhaps, access to their other bed and breakfast, where a more substantial meal is provided, would have been better."

"Nice property. Clean quiet. Restaurant on site is closed. Breakfast buffet was open and good. Note if you want to use sauna or hot tub, charge is 20e per person for 80 min. Bathroom in our room was tiny, not for a larger person. I am 70 kg and I found it cramped. Overall good stay. Just plan to eat lunch and dinner offsite."
