"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Can't sleep well because can heard the sounds of footsteps going up and down the staircase clearly.Only one bigger bathroom, others are too small.The locker in my bed was spoiled and couldn't lock.Breakfast is only bread and jam everyday, and I found a lot of ants on the table and no staff realised until I told one of them to clear them.However,staff are friendly and the location of hotel is quite strategic."

"Comfortable bed. Decent hot shower. Lockers in the dorm that appeared to be secure. Unusually for a hostel, they provided shampoo and handwash in the showers and bathroom. It's rather spartan but is relaxing and enjoyable. Has most things you need. The one thing lacking was a kettle."

"Overall very good experience in the hotel as staff was friendly and check in was smooth and fast. The hotel is also at a very convenient location, walkable to centre of Georgetown and restaurants. Bed was comfortable but wish there was thin and thick pillows to choose from. Shower head was leaking and bathroom door cannot be closed initially during our stay. Housekeeping did not replace hand towels on 2nd day and 3rd day. "

Check in was rushed

"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check in experience"

Not meet 5 Start Services

"Hotel rate as 5 star but we never feel to be serve like 5 star. Buffet Breakfast - restaurant not able to occupied guest while the night before hotel was service with wedding and foreigner bus trip. We have to queue for long in order to be seat. Table cleaning was not well clean. Asking for child kiddy set which need 3 follow up and requested with different servant to be given. Food was not refill after finished. Buffet Dinner -> servant was not enough to well serve all customers. Our tables was full of used dirty plates and bowls which servant was coming for collection with long wait once. None friendliness serving during whole experience of dinner. Overal Rateing was 3 star to be given. "
