"All of the staff were very attentive and responsive when we had issues. The hotel was walkable to the wharf, tidal basin and museums. It was kid friendly (staff was so sweet to our 1 year old, supplied crib and baby toiletries and had small play room). Our main issue was that it felt like the hotel’s dining options catered to people not staying at the hotel and we were never able to eat in lobby/on terrace. As a result, We ended up having to spend a lot on room service as the main walkable...
