Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food!

Alimentos pésimos nos enfermamos con la carne. Las bebidas mal preparadas. De 4 cervezas que elegí solo había 1. No hay servicio a cuartos. No hay líneas telefónicas todo x WhatsApp y tardan una eternidad en contestar. Hotel se quedó en lis 80’s. Incluía desayuno y no lo tomamos. Muy mala experiencia

Creo que deberían informar bien de los servicios que tienen? Por ejemplo vi que tenían un horno de pizzas, pero no me quedó claro si era parte del menú del restaurante o si estaba abierto, y hubiera sido muy útil en mi estancia.
