"It was situated well within certain places to get things such as Cold Storage and a lot of eateries nearby as well. There is no common dustbin to throw the rubbish away. Adding to that, since it is a studio meaning there is no room at all. everything is open concept, i guess the owner could have invested in either blinds or a curtain or even a sliding door to partition the king size bed area. "The property was very dirty. There was used soap left by maybe the previous customer. Furniture was very old, dusty. overall apartment was very dirty. i doubt they clean the bedsheet. the bed in master bedroom is an old bed, already broken, but there is a piece of wood placed under the mattress to contain the bed. no wifi. 14 inch TV (my 4 year old niece asked, what is this?).
