"For a first time ski weekend this hotel couldn’t be better! Located just by the ski lifts, secure ski lockers were provided. The room was very cosy and warm, clean, well equipped, warm soft light and hot showers. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. On last day we were able to store our belongings in the locker and take shower in a separate space for departing guests. I can highly recommend to anyone who comes with intention of skiing and being close to the heart of Sierra...

"Muy buena estancia con buenos servicios y ubicación. Lo que echamos de menso es disponer de chimenea en la habitación, que se retiró hace años. "

"Reservamos una habitación normal y estaba muy fea, no iba de acuerdo al hotel, la habitación estaba vieja y con poco mantenimiento. Tuvimos que hacer un upgrade a las habitaciones level y esa si estaba bien mantenida y moderna. Considero que es mucho lo que se paga por la habitación normal para el estado en la que estaba. El upgrade fue de 85 euros por noche lo cual se me hizo mucho"
