"It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room."

"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite. Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this. Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else. Call me at +65 80280056"

"The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. "The interior design of the bedroom beautifully showcases the essence of Kuala Lumpur with artful touches inspired by the city’s heritage and modern charm. The room was a perfect mix of comfort and creativity, featuring a plush bed and is spacious enough.However, the staff at the reception fell short of expectations. They lacked the warmth and welcoming smiles that are typically expected in hospitality. This initial interaction slightly dampened the otherwise stellar experience and is an area for improvement."

Normal stay. Not so satisfying.

"Just a normal hotel. Tempat menunggu kenderaan kecil. Tp ada bell service, good. Lobby x besar sgt. Sarapan pg okay la. Bilik pun normal. Pool utk kanak2 kecil je. Parking agak sempit utk keluar masuk, tp cukup la. "
