"Location convenient & direct link to Mall & Trains,So close and convenient to Taipei main station where we boarded the train to the airport. Surrounding got a lot of local eateryOnly disadvantage was the twin room only provide 1 room key card."

"Overall hotel is dated and room was quite dusty. Furniture was covered with a thick layer of dust. We were told that breakfast was served at 1st floor, 2nd floor & 4th floor with same variety of foods. We can choose either floor to go for. In fact, first floor was always crowded due to nicer environment with better foods choices than 2nd and 4th floor. We were asked to go to 2nd floor due to 1st floor was fully occupied but we were then told by 2nd floor front counter that the foods served in 2nd floor is much lesser choices than 4th floor. Further requested us to go to 4th floor. We felt that the arrangement was not done properly. We got to the hotel's Lounge to redeem our free drinks but we were not treated like hotel's guests but someone asking for freebie. In short, service needs to be improved seriously especially at the restaurant & lounge. "

"Location wise was okay. However the room was pretty dusty and small. I was given a different room from what I booked so I was a bit upset. Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "
