"Was a little bit worried when see reviews about people struggling to get deposit back. Mentioned this upon arrival and they only took a pre authorisation on my card so no money was deducted. The place was clean, the oven didnt work but wasnt to bothered as we were only there 1 night and didnt really need to use oven. It was nowhere near as bad as what i was expecting from reading reviews."

"When i put in the confirmed name "Quay Apartments Exchange Quay" in Google maps, i was brought to another block about a mile away. I had to phone to get the correct name ( Syren Apts) and the correct post code. This is basic and should be sorted out with the confirmation. Apartment was ok but needs repaint in kitchen. Shower backed up & nearly flooded. Rain noise on window surround wierdly loud during night."

"Apparemment a 35m a pieds de old trafford Un arrêt de bus quasiment devant qui vous emmène dans le centre de manchester rapidement Nous avons récupéré nos clefs dans un coffre car il n y a pas de réception Je n ai pas l habitude de faire comme cela , mais tout a été tres facile et tres bien expliqué L appartement était propre Équipé d une cuisine Nous avons apprécié d avoir du café et du thé Je conseil ce logement sans hésiter "

"This was a scam! I could enter The building and anubody wouldn't answer My calls. Dont book this Place! "

"Very clean and well supplied kitchen and well presented rooms. Comfy bed but very lumpy pillows. The ensuite vent banged quite loudly throughout the night in the wind causing a disturbed sleep. It would be good if the apps on the tv worked so that guests could log into their own subscription tv. Generally, excellent value for money."
