"Booked 2 superior rooms at RM600++ per room per nite. Arrived 1pm at hotel. Unfortunately no early check in was available. But saw them giving priority to group check in which hasn't arrive and their rooms were ready. Was informed rooms only available to check in after 3pm. Reception told us will call us once rooms are ready. So we went out for lunch. Unfortunately no one called us. The reception team could have more customer oriented training in handling customers! "Booked here for my trip to watch race in Sepang International circuit. Functional, very close to the circuit and served the purpose. Room was very very basic with a small window in the toilet only. No small towel, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no fridge, no slipper. There were some local restaurants nearby but going to the Mitsui outlet for meals would be a better choice. Served the purpose if you are looking for a place to crash and spending the day out on the track and other places. "
