"The weather in January in Springville can be pretty nasty, and true to form a snowstorm came through the day we arrived. The hotel was perfectly located for me to stay the night while my husband was having surgery. My king suite was excellent and the bed was extremely comfy. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. My only minor issue was they should have plowed around the hotel more often than they did, especially during a snowstorm, so customers didn't have to walk through...

"We checked in on Jan 2 and there were gingerbread decorations and a hot chocolate station in the main entrance. Our kids were over the moon. The pool was very clean and the water was very warm. It opened late so we were able to use it after dinner. Another pleasant surprise was the free laundry facility. We didn't need it this time but it would come in handy for longer stays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. We would come back again in the future. "

"There was a football game the day we checked in so they were pretty busy. Check in only took a few minutes. Rooms were easy to find. I felt that everyrhing was pretty clean. We had fresh towels delivered a little after checking in, i think they just got a little behind, but we didn't mind. Everyone working seemed polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. It was a quiet stay and slept pretty good. We will consider staying here again on our next trip. "

"Hotel is average. The room was “clean” but furniture is old and stained in places. The bathroom fan was loud. Sounds like an interior piece is loose or a part needs to be replaced. Still… the bathroom was clean and we could get past the fan by only using it when necessary. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff were polite, helpful and attentive to the guests.
