"The Firefly estate has amazing staff, Melissa, LesleyAnn and Ezra made my stay at the firefly incredible, they are friendly, approachable, helpful and super efficient. "Would not recommend anybody to stay here. Booked a reservation for 4 people well in advance. The hotel reached out to me a couple of hours before my travel to tell me they cannot accommodate my booking (even though it was confirmed). I disputed that because if I went on Expedia during the conversation, I was able to book another room because it showed as they had more available rooms. They also stated that they were out of the office and the person who were taking bookings on site did not update...

"The ambiance was beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the room/suite was huge. The staff in both the grill and the restaurant were very polite, and meals were served in a timely manner. Was delicious also. My disappointment. I returned the key after our stay and the receptionist did not even ask how way your stay, did you like the facility, can we count on you staying here if you return to the country? Some small talk just to get your feedback or to make sure your were comfortable....

"The apartment was very lovely quiet clean with good parking except entrance need paving can damage your car. I did not get TV-needed new batteries for TV remote. Trued all night to figure out tge toilet only to realized tgey had turn off the water valve. 3 matches in the match box for lighting the stove amble check much be done at all times to ensure all needs are met even tho their were small matters and a one night visit. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay again.Thanks "

"Lovely place. View of the lagoon from the room was a plus. The nearest beach is nice but the sand is dark so if you are looking for white sand and clear waters you should go to another beach. Recommend Bequia in the grenadines. The staff is lovely and very helpful but very overworked. They are understaffed and could use more help. I would go back for sure. "

"Thought it was a cute boutique hotel. We had over 30 people staying at the hotel for the wedding and one of us lost the key and they insisted that we will have to pay more to change the lock if they couldn’t find a spare key which every hotel should have a spare. We didn’t mind paying for the replacement but was very shocked that they even suggested that given that they already had so much business "

"The Frangipani hotel is the most beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of town. The staff are incredibly friendly and very helpful. My room had the best view across the bay, and was always kept clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!"
