"It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! "

"A friend and I stayed there NYE night after attending a performance at Freight & Salvage (1.5 blocks away). Location was perfect. After checking in, the front desk called to ask us if we ‘needed anything’; I asked for robes, and they were delivered in a few minutes. Also great to have a nice restaurant and bar on the premises. Then we literally walked across the street to the BART station-perfect!"

"Very good value for the price-point. New decor, very well maintained, extremely clean. Didn't really have places for more than one person to put clothes, and the room carpet was a little too industrial for me. They should either use vinyl or tile flooring or upgrade the carpet. "The hotel, room, and front desk staff were nice. They let us have a late check out at 1 PM on the day we left. The biggest issue is that literally every day, housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times when we were sleeping, including the day with the late checkout. There is no physical do not disturb sign, but there was a button next to the door to indicate that; somehow it did not prevent people from knocking on our door."
