"Room and hotel is great if you want a quiet trip, but if you have a car you can go anywhere. I only have 4/5 because the bathroom needs a shower screen/curtain and water gets everywhere when you have a shower. But apart from that it was perfect. "I booked this property because of the laundry in room. The aesthetic is sterile and the bathroom is a glass enclosure in the room. I feel like no other review I read advised that the Seacloud and the Kolon Seacloud are actually the same building along with another hotel so the elevator situation is the same for all 3 of these properties and should guests should be made aware of that because the Kolon is on the 4th floor and the Seacloud is on the 6th. You must take the elevator up to the lobby....

"Hotel stay was cheap, location was decent, room was large, and there was parking. The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room. Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am...

"The Jeju Bom property is absolutely stunning.The view of mandarin trees, the on site art installations and museum tour make for a memorable experience. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The toilet and shower( good pressure) are separated by frosted glass enclosures.Uniquely designed room with an awesome view make for a great visit to Seogwipo-si. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"방안의 샤워장의 물이 안내려가서 직원분이 오셔서 하수구 연결 도구를 아예 빼 버리신후에 조금씩 내려갔어요. 첫 샤워는안내려가는 물안에서 샤워할수밖에 없었습니다. 에어컨이 시원해 지질 않아 밤에 직원분이 오셔서 고쳐주셨어요. 그 후에도 밤에 잠이들면 에어컨이 작동하질 않아 몇번씩 일어나서 켜고 자고를 반복했습니다. "
