"Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star."

"My family & I had a great time staying at Windsong for the week. The beach was beautiful, our room was spacious & nicely equipped, and overall the staff was courteous and helpful. Vernel at building four's beach access and Wilder the rooftop bartender in building four deserve special praise. Both of these guys provided exceptional service on several occasions and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. If the boss is reading this...Vernel & Wilder both deserve a BIG...

"This place was about what we expected. There was no paddles for kayak. Deck by the canal was unsafe. The bed was decent, shower was hot toilet flushed and laundry worked. Overall I would stay again for the value."

"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...

"O apartamejto é muito bom, o ar condicionado nos incomodou, não tem como desligar, tivemos que abrir a sacada e com isso os mosquitos entraram. Achamos a piscina do hotel muito suja. A localização do hotel é excelente. Nosso checkin só ficou disponível às 17 hs achamos desagradável isso. Mas voltaria…"

"Such a beautiful place! My family and I have nothing bad to say about it. We had a great time. The service is amazing, the beach is beautiful (quiet too) compared to other hotels. We stayed in a luxury ocean front suite and it was stunning. It’s super quiet, relaxing, and on the smaller side so if you’re looking for that this is the perfect place. Will definitely come back. Thanks Lee, Roy, and other the lady at the front desk! (I’m sorry I forgot her name) but they were very kind and helpful. "

"The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend! "
