This place is in need of renovation…the carpets stink. The restaurant is great and the hotel staff and restaurant staff have been wonderful…the company just needs to do some updates!! This could easily be a 5 star place with a little love and attention!

Quiet property, clean, within walking distance to restaurants and breweries. The only thing that I did not like about the property was the room to our hotel room had obviously been broken into in the past, you would see where the door had been pried open.

I think the best feature is its location and adjacent pathway within 1 mile of the Falls Park, but second to that is the cleanliness of the breakfast area and general quality of each item offered for patrons. The property itself is older and dated (somewhat dingy) in appearance but the rooms are very adequate in size and organization. The room fan controlled the temp perfectly.

Stayed here overnight on our way out to the Black Hills. A comfortable hotel and our platinum status got us an upgrade in the room on the top floor with vaulted ceilings. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and the area around the hotel is quaint with a variety of dining options
