"Es war einfach super! Sehr zuvorkommend und keine Wünsche blieben offen."

"Excellent location, a 10 min walk to Orchard Road. The staff were really friendly and assisted us with any requests we had. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the building. The room was spacious and comfortable however the cleanliness could be improved. There were crumbs on the sofa and floor when we checked in. The room was dusty and the bedding was quite old. "

"Kostenloses Shuttle in die Stadt ist ein super Angebot. Was fehlt, ist ein kleiner Kiosk im Hotel oder in der Nähe, in dem man zumindest Getränke kaufen könnte. "

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung. Die Zimmer selbst sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen (sieht man teilweise etwas), allerdings gab es keine Defekte o.ä. Ein Punkt, den ich weniger gut fand, ist die Aufteilung der Standard-Suiten. Ja, es gibt zwei WCs, was erst mal super ist. Allerdings ist das Bad nur durch eine Tür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt, zum Schlafzimmer aber mehr oder weniger offen. Ja, die Glasscheiben, die das Bad vom Schlafzimmer trennen,...

"The apartment was excellent, good layout, large bathroom and Kitchen. Location is very good with bus stop within 1 minute and MRT in 2 minutes. Grocery store is in the building. Neighborhood is safe, clean. We will stay again and recommend to friends and family."

"The location was the best for Maxwell Food Market, Dragon Tooth Temple and Chinatown. Also very walkable to MTR stations, our major mode of transportation. The little restaurants on site were very inviting and quaint. The lounge was pleasant. We once brought take out food back to eat in the lounge to escape the crowds and heat. The staff excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was very compact. I had to climb in to get to the inside of the bed. Also I was not aware that the kitchen area was...

"This was a great place to stay. It is ideally located on Orchard Road, with an MRT and plenty of food right next door. The reception staff were lovely and they provide a good breakfast. Best coffee was at the Providore just up the street. We will happily stay here again."

I heard they were going to renovate look forward to the new place. Hope the post on website if they are indeed going to renovate it can be noisy."

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel...

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
