"The staff is super friendly and helpful. The owner helped us out with our dog since we were there for a week. The breakfast is also a great deal. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, and drinks. Highly recommend "

"We had a glamping tent, which was great since we don't have camping gear. Blankets and bedding provided. Restaurant across the street was great as was the guy who checked us in. Tent was noisy due to the wind but other than that, we had a great stay. "

"Good effort has been put in to offer brand spanking new fixtures, furniture and remodeled rooms. Let's be clear: Lee Vining is not a bustling metropolis, and the remodeling of our motel room was as good as could be expected for its age and location (being graded on an extreme curve for being in the middle of absolutely nowhere!!). "Cons: These points are the most basic, and Bishop Inn failed to address them. We're not going to choose this place again. 1. Towels are not clean; used towels are not replaced. 2. Bedsheets are not changed; traces of mud were seen. 3. The toilet had stains that could have been removed with a single flush. Pros: 1. Less expensive. 2. Pet-friendly. 3. Accessible car parking."

"Very quiet, immediately felt like home. You can see the personal care the owners and staff put into creating a great experience for visitors. Bed and Pillows were very comfortable, every room was extremely clean. Accommodation left nothing to be desired other than the television was a little tricky to use at first."

"I decided to stay at the Mount Williamson Basecamp on my way down to Palm Springs as I had a specific reason to be in Independence for the evening. I had no idea the charming little gem this spot is! If they have a room, make sure to stay there!"
