"Staff was super helpful...he worked hard, was professional...carried through with what was promised...ie ride to the Jetty. The accommodation was very clean, tidy...and quiet. Only issue was the restaurant was no longer functional... I would certainly stay here again. "

"Room size was ok and bar fridge was ok as fitted my cold blocks in . Wifi was mostly good couple times did slow down . I could hear traffic go by at night from room 1 but wasn't over loud . Easy walk to pubs and food places. "

"Due to 2025 floods in Townsville we had to adjourn our scheduled visit to hotel from Thursdayn13th Feb to Monday 17th February - it was no problem to owner/manager - more than happy to accommodate and a big relief to us as we travelled home to a flood bound area - thank you Bororen "

"This is a small older motel; however, it is clean and tidy and well looked after. The owners are friendly, polite and helpful. It is about a minutes' walk from the beach and dining options are a couple of minutes' drive."

"We enjoyed having our own cabin that had a well equiped kitchen including a microwave over and two induction cooking elements. The bathroom was a little tight but the air conditioning worked well. Nice property to walk on and good options for kids"

"The property was beautiful, clean, big and well equipped. I did however requested a ocean view room and thought that was what I paid for. On our arrival they said the booking was not for a ocean view. It was a bit disappointed as ocean view was the ONLY request we wanted for our weekend away. H&M "
