"Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account. "

"Fireflies and Moonshine Cabin - Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Fireflies and Moonshine in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and well-equipped with everything we needed, from pots and pans to a coffee maker and other kitchen essentials. The fireplace was definitely the highlight of our stay, creating a cozy atmosphere, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas tree set up—it added a special holiday touch! "This place was absolutely incredible. It was our first time staying here and we will be frequent visitors. The woodburning fireplace was worth it. The staff was super friendly, even allowing us to check in early. I highly recommend the honeymoon suite with the deep soaking tub, it was too good. The balcony overlooking the river was the icing on the cake for a perfect romantic weekend."

"They said free breakfast was included .Free breakfast was only coffee and pastries .When I saw free breakfast I thought I was going to get to sit down and have a full breakfast meal. They should say free coffee and pastries included every morning. So I was disappointed that I had to go out and get a real "Breakfast ""

"We really like staying here. Hotel is nice and inviting in a great location to walk to anything you need in Gatlinburg. Pricey but you choose to pay what it costs because it’s a great place. Would be great if they offered service discounts….ie medical, teacher, military. "

"The employees and the room was great. We have stayed multiple times but first time in Room 103. Room did appear to have some construction being done that wasn't completed in the area of outside wall in bathroom area. But the only major downside was actually the mattress on the bed......it killed the back. But overall the stay was fantastic as always."

"The property was close to everything we wanted to do and walkable. We didnt have to mive our vehicle until we was ready to check out. What we did not like, we rented a jacuzzi room on Expedia and when we checked in we was told ALL jacuzzi rooms was out of order. We was told that we would recieve a refund from Expedia but not when we could expect it."
