Hotel Mesra Alam di Semenanjung Yucatan

"We stayed here six years back with little kids and returned with another family and teens. There’s lots to do, decent food at any time (a new app to make reservations easier) and sunny perfection. The staff was helpful and kind. We saw monkeys almost daily early about 7-8am near the swings or water park. The biggest slides of the park are closed due to maintenance and one night power went out. The staff did a great job pivoting. One of our five kids did get food poising that lasted...
