"A dish towel in the lovely kitchen or paper towel would be much appreciated. We realize that cruise ship and airline passengers come and go at inconvenient times for cleaning staff. If you realize that someone is sitting in the lobby after a very long flight calling your cleaning staff to get their rooms ready asap would be most appreciated. Sitting awaiting 2:00 pm is further exhausting for your guests. NZ is in a unique position for passengers arriving mid-morning after a 14 hour flight. "

"Great location and in spite of its proximity to the motorway, room was very quiet. Having the supermarket 3 minutes walk away is also very convenient. The dishwasher wasn’t working and they knew this when they put me in the room so that was a touch annoying but once I reported the issue, house keeping kindly washed up all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "

"The magnificent and spectacular view of the harbor, bay, and bridge made up for any deficiencies with the property. Check in was smooth but staff was short and not overtly friendly. Room was clean. While there is a small combined washer/dryer unit, it cannot realistically be utilized as it takes ~6 hours to complete the process, is extremely loud, and is right at the entrance to the bathroom from the main bedroom, making it impossible to sleep with the machine on.
