"Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. Quick replies on WhatsApp. Had some door code issues that were quickly resolved. Amazing location just down the street from the Sao Bento station and a wholesome breakfast each morning. Great space, clean and quiet. Note: there is no elevator if you need that. Luggage storage if you want to use after checking out has two lockers (1 euro per locker). Overall, a wonderful place to stay. What could be better? Minor things like coffee maker issue...

"Ubicación perfecta, con un parking 24h al lado por 12€/dia. El apartamento tenía de todo, y estaba completamente reformado. La cama comodísima y silencio absoluto para dormir. A pesar de que nuestro apartamento era un primer piso hacia la calle estaba perfectamente aislado. La entrada muy rápida y fácil. Además, tienen agua y café como detalle. Por poner un punto de mejora a eso, que obviamente no tendrían por qué hacerlo… ya sería fantástico que tuviese un par de shots de leche (por pedir)....
