"My stay was very good. The location was excellent. They have nice lockers for luggage storage. The people working the front desk are congenial and friendly. The rooms are quite comfortable, just like the pictures, and quiet. The only criticism I would have is that the hallways are rather creepy."

"We arrived late and it was the night of the boss' wedding. Yeah, right. So we couldn't park the car in the underground garage at the Hotel but had to find a place on the street wherever I could. No restaurant for the night of course, you know, the wedding. A complimentary drink in exchange. Well, decide for yourself. Other than these it was a nice place, for one night we had to spend there."

"Very central to main shops and tourist sites. It's very modern but still needs attention . No toilet seats no dishes to put in oven, no kitchen towels or brush and pan . The couch was very uncomfortable and was a bet that was broken. Bno information on how to use facilities. The door key code was handle was difficult at first not the key box . I would stay again if the couch was replaced and toilet seats fitted. I sent pictures to Smart flats for there attention."

"This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

"A modern, clean and spacious hotel. Our family room was fantastic, our daughter loved her bunk beds and the large cuddly toy animals left to play with. "The hotel was very nice and clean and its in the heart of Ghent. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I cut my finger during the holiday and one of the female staff went out of her way to get me some gloves to protect my finger so i can shower. The feel inside the hotel and in the reception area is very comfortable and they provide you with unlimited hot drinks during your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
