It was across the street from a beautiful municipal park-safe to explore. The room was huge. It was two blocks from the place we needed to meet our bike trip leaders. The food on the rooftop was very good and reasonable as well. Get the smoked sweet potato puree!

We enjoyed staying at this hotel and stayed here twice. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar where we were introduced to Peruvian pisco sours by the excellent waiter Daniel. The downtown Santiago area is becoming quite rundown so we are now tending to stay in the Providencia area. But this hotel is in a good location for walking to downtown tourist sites and there are several good restaurants nearby

I arrived a few hours early expecting to store my luggage until my room was ready but they gave me a room right away. The room is huge. This hotel is in a great, central location. Everything is walkable. A couple of concerns I have are that the lobby smells like vanilla body lotion and they allow smoking on the rooftop terrace which prevented me from sitting out there. Other ppl might find this a perk. The hotel is non smoking but the person next to me was smoking out their window. Which, is another perk, the windows open!

The staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious. Free bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were just below the restaurant so it was a bit loud at night, but we loved our view/balcony so it was worth it!

The hotel is conveniently located for walking to restaurants and good coffee. The rooftop bar/restaurant has very good food and views also. The beds were clean and very comfortable. Nice big showers. The hotel was helpful in accommodating the purchase of extra time on account of a very late flight and in arranging transit to the airport. I would not hesitate to stay again.
