"Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l’entrée de l’immeuble. Nous avons était accueillies de manière très expéditive par le gardien de l’immeuble et pas par le réceptionniste de l’hôtel. L’appartement semble grand mais meublé à mínima. Vaisselle manquante, pas 2 tasses de petit déjeuner, microondes cassé. Nous l’avons signalé à l’arrivée mais rien n’a été pris en compte. La douche italienne est bonne mais inonde la salle de bains. Appartement très sonore. Le quartier n’est pas très avenant et les...

"Pleasant hotel with a nice central pool. Food was plain and fairly uninteresting. Staff generally v helpful. One weird encounter with a waitress who evidently hadn't been taught that the customer comes first."
