"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

This is one of those rare hotels where it is better to be in a room on a LOW floor, which gives you a better view of the beautiful pool and waterfall. "I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham garden Santiago Kennedy- the rooms are comfortable, the property is good and the staff pleasant. The area around the hotel is mostly residential and quiet. There is a wonderful Mall close by with shopping and many dining options. The hop on hop off bus also starts from there and is convenient for sightseeing. "
