"The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."

"I have stayed at this hotel perhaps 15 times over the past 5-6 years. Perhaps more times. Maybe over 100 days all together. I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "

"My daughter recommended Frogner House and it was perfect! I had a studio and for my needs it fit the bill. I’m planning on booking here again on my next visit to see my daughter and her family! Great location walking distance to most everything in Oslo! And the bus stop was nearby as well! "

"Great location, very close to Central Station and Bus terminal, The apartment had everything we needed for our 7night stay, I would say to improve our experience maybe an information pack- ie emergency info/ places to eat/tourist locations would be helpful, but with secure WiFi in apartment it wasn’t a problem, the office is open until 23.00 which for us was great, along with free luggage storage within the office "

"Friendly, clean"

"Compact but very comfortable apartment close to T-Bane and tram. Supermarket very nearby - great area. Very well appointed and our apartment had lovely sunlight streaming in the large windows. Comfy bed. There is a nightclub next door but once the windows were closed the noise was minimal. Keyless entry worked fine but only as we had a phone that could take international calls. Good stay - we'll be back!"

"The apartment was great. Bedroom was pretty small and tight to navigate around the bed. But otherwise great. Very nice space with fully equipped kitchen and a clothes washer. Our issue that we had here was with the noise from the neighborhood. The area has a vibrant nightlife and was extremely loud. There were people talking, laughing, yelling all hours of the night. "Loved the vision of the hotel and how it is set out, with the opportunity to network with fellow travellers. Even the lack of tv was not a problem as it gave me the chance to read and enjoy researching Oslo. The staff were available but had to look for them as they were not visible in the foyer area."

"Initial room was noisy but they switched it for me to a lovely quiet room. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Rooftop bar view is spectacular. It is a bit of a walk to the city center and or the waterfront area. "
