"The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do with kids of all ages. The water park and Palamino island are great days. The service was pretty poor. Our room was clean when we got there but it was not properly cleaned throughout our stay. We found glasses and mugs that were dirty in the sink were just put back in the cabinet without being cleaned. It was very busy during Presidents week so there were waits for most things. "We love the pools and private island. We stay in the marina and it was a challenge when one of the elevators that take you to the marine got broken almost at dinner time. The line to go up was crazy and people were mad. The restaurants are also small and under staff, so without a reservation the only option to eat is for to go orders at the bar. The general hotel has gorgeous views and hotel rooms."

"We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned. We ate at all of the restaurants and can highly recommend them. The nightly entertainment in the bar was especially enjoyable. All of the musicians were top notch. We will return!"
