Old Building With Great Location
This is an old building that has been somewhat restored. It still needs a lot of work. The matress was not comfortable. However, the location is fantastic; just a few blocks from main sights. And the view from the terrace is great.

This property is not for you if you seek comfort, infrastructure and service. It is super basic, almost spartan and suitable for young backpackers traveling on a tight budget and only looking for a place to drop off bags and sleep. Room 24 is like a jail cell: small. Tiny bathroom, no view. Two slivers of soap. Breakfast? Mediocre. Any redeeming qualities? Just the location.

The property has the charm of a time long gone. Unfortunately, it is also quite old. We had living cockroaches and ants in our bathroom and bedroom. Moreover, our room was adjacent to the street. The noise of traffic woke us up multiple times at night due to the poor insulation of the old windows and walls. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, the location is good, and you have some great views of the old Harbour and Fortress. Finally, the employees at the check-in were nice and very helpful.

Il s agit d'un grand bĆ¢timent de l'Ć©poque coloniale avec plancher en bois et porte en bois . Le tout redivisĆ© en chambres. Pas d'insonorisation. Chambre de taille normale mais chambre de bain petite avec WC mais propre. Bon petit dĆ©jeuner buffet. Bon accueil. Par contre choix personnel Ć  faire concernant le quartier qui n est vraiment pas sĆ©curisant.

Pousada muito bem localizada para conhecer o centro histĆ³rico de Salvador. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bom, sem muitas variedades, mas tudo muito bem feito. O quarto que fiquei deixou a desejar no ar-condicionado, que demorou a refrigerar o quarto (pequeno) mesmo sendo um dia nĆ£o muito quente. Voltaria mais vezes tranquilamente. Indico. Para quem vai pela primeira vez deve saber que a entrada Ć© por uma escada em uma faixada sem muitas indicaƧƵes. O local Ć© antigo, mas muito confortĆ”vel e bem limpo. A Ćŗnica coisa que me incomodou Ć© que a equipe de limpeza entra no quarto mesmo sabendo que tem gente. Parece que nĆ£o tem comunicaĆ§Ć£o entre a recepĆ§Ć£o e a equipe para avisar que o cliente estĆ” no quarto. Por 3x isso me aconteceu.
