"We booked for more than a month. Initially try to book directly but when called unanswered then we decided to use EXPEDIA. Then again try to call the resort just to reassure our booking got through. Again nobody picks up the call. WhatsApp messages were late response and information was not completed as needed. I would like to get information on facilities available which I cannot find when Google. When booked only 'Full Board' is available but not the 'Full Package'. I need to know about...

"We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm."

Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "Worse ever...no water available when you really need it. Imagine the smells when you go inside the toilet and ni water to flush when you done doing business it smells like worse"

"Very basic but excellent location v near NP entrance, and kind hosts. Wifi was pretty good when switched on. Restaurant opposite park entrance offered breakfast from 6.30. My room was rather tired with barely functioning plumbing, but perfectly adequate considering the location benefit."

"Got Taman rekreasi nearby ang the entrance is RM 5 for Malaysian. No window so the air is not fresh. No hair dryer inside the room. Airport transfer for early morning should ask first at the counter. The bad things is really bad smell in the surrounding area."
