"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. I called and the lady just said: “sorry m’mam I can’t find your reservation”. I texted the phone number with the receipt, the payment and the itinerary. No luck. No one even...

"There was no internet, in the bathroom there was only shampoo, no soap. We only stayed one night but there was like a garage door closed on the windows in the back, so we couldn't enjoy the outside view in the morning. The bed was comfy."

"We absolutely loved this property. It was enormous with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, wall A/C in all the rooms, parking for our rental car. Communication with the owner was extremely fast and friendly. It was immaculate and fully furnished We went to Nassau to scuba dive with Stuart Cove's Dive Bahamas and this property is an easy 10 minute drive to the dive operator. We will definitely be staying at this property the next time we go to Nassau!"

"Room was very nice, need more glasses and property needs cleaned, organize and cleared of yard waste. But overall happy with our stay and host was very nice, helpful and kind."

"Location was close to grocery. A few feet from beach. Great host. Right on bus line. Bathrroom was nice. Laundry facilities was right there.. Needed a bit more light as only source of light was 2 bulbs in ceiling fan. Could use a toaster and coffeemaker. Bed was small if used for 2 and a bit soft and lumpy. Everything was clean and smelled fresh..very nicely appointed and gas stove needs maintenance on front left burner. Great neighborhood."

"Best vacation ever! Away from the craziness of Baha Mar but still walking distance to it for easy access to restaurants and casino. Rooms are perfect and we love the pool that’s right on the beach! Great guests and our kids made friends. Perfect spot for family vacation! "

"visited with my mom and daughter. Felt safe. Lovely view. easy to catch a taxi anywhere around the island. Room is supplied with basic supplies. The office hours are limited and no one responds outside office hours. That was the only challenge as we were out enjoying the island during office hours and simple requests were neglected when I messaged."
