"We received a warm welcome by Cade who was already anticipating our arrival and greeted us by name. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The rooms keep getting better and better. Each time we visit, the rooms have an upgrade. The air conditioner was making unwanted noises at night and was waking us up. The hot tub was great. The temperature was just right to soothe our sore muscles! And I got a massage from Lulu who gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. I wish she was...

"hotel simples mas tudo dentro do combinado. na porta do zion park . qundo chegamos , foi avisado que o chekin era as 15:00 saimos para dar uma volta a pé e quando voltamos as 15:15 o hotel estava fechado. tinha um telefone em um cartaz na porta , para fazer o chekin. foi muito complicado , mas conseguimos. chegando ao quarto, esta sujo e desarrumado,timemos de ligar de novo e com muito custo, arrumaram . cafe da manhã é só iorgute e cafe."

"A total Wow…can I give this place 10 stars please. Easy check in and super clean and comfortable. The hot tub with the view was a bonus. We changed our reservation due to the wreaths and they couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating. We will always book one of their cabins again and again. We’ve stayed other places and this is by far the best. "

"Springhill was our favourite stay while on vacation, the resort is clean and updated. The only down fall was that they were doing reno's in the dining area so there was a large blue tarp up which made the dining experience slightly less relaxing but overall we really really enjoyed our stay and would love to be back! "
