The location is perfect because the Metro is near by, you can go to the Aterro do Flamengo beach without car, the breakfast is amazing, full of options. The most important is the staff, they are nice, kind and professional! I love it my staying there and I really recommend it!

The hotel is old. There is no good internet connection in the rooms. The kitchen area for breakfast is too small and not clean enough. The staff are not friendly. l do not recommend it.

Durante minha estadia no hotel, enfrentei diversas questões que comprometeram a experiência. Inicialmente, precisei trocar de quarto duas vezes devido à presença de mofo aparente . No terceiro quarto, que acabei aceitando, as condições ainda eram insatisfatórias: as cortinas estavam sujas, os travesseiros eram velhos, a porta de alumínio da sacada permite a entrada de poeira, e odores desagradáveis vindos da área externa eram frequentes. Além disso, o serviço de Wi-Fi é de baixa qualidade, com muita oscilação. Minha percepção final foi de que o hotel oferece tarifas reduzidas, mas destina quartos em condições inadequadas, o que é inaceitável para os padrões de hospitalidade esperados.

Não tenho do que reclamar. Funcionários atensiosos, serviço de quarto num bom preço e boa qualidade, quarto limpo e bem equipado. O hotel é bem localizado, fica no coração da Lapa. o Café da manhã foi o ponto alto, simplesmente incrível! muita variedade. No geral, atendeu bem minhas expectativas.
