"Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. "

"What an absolute Gem. From start to finish, i cannot fault our stay. Short 3 night stay with friends. The accommodation was excellent with a nice upgrade to the privileged area which included private pool and bar. Food and drink was above and beyond. The wine for an all inclusive resort was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for both long and short stays. "Friendly service and great breakfast. Riad is steps away from the Medina. Only issue is taxi availability, need to coordinate transportation with front desk ahead of time. Front desk did a good job getting us help to bring our luggage and connect with taxi driver. Riad is a bit difficult to find but once located, it is easy to get to. "
