"Probably the best 5 stars hotel in Eilat we stayed at. Spacy rooms with balcony and jacuzzi, clean, quiet (no kids allowed). Good Spa facilities, tasty breakfast, but in my view, still too expensive for winter season. "

"The hotel is good. Main advantages why we booked it are: parking, availability of dinner, and proximity to the coral beach, things not available at good price in other hotels in the area (we prefer the northern Eilat over busy center). There is also a children room which is a plus."

"I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around...

"I arrived on the first day to check in. I was treated badly and disparagingly by the receptionists as if they were doing me a favor. I got a room with a shocking view even though I was promised a room with a sea view Finally, after proof, they changed my room with a very disrespectful attitude, as if they were doing me a favor.
