"A great jewel in Jodhpur that affords an affordable Heritage experience. The property is a former summer palace for Jodhpur Royalty. The suites are in the Lake Palace itself but we stayed in the more affordable 2 person rooms that apparently quartered soldiers in the past. "Amazing experience. The staff was very cooperative and polite specially Ms. Ashi Mathur. They were always available to take care of all our needs end-to-end. The amenities like wifi, breakfast, pool, everything was just perfect. Beautiful hotel and the stay was made extra comfortable by the hospitality of the staff. They went out of their way at times and that really touched us. Highly recommended."

He not only help me find transportation for onward trip to Udaipur but also negotiated fare with a random auto driver. Whenever he saw me, he would ask if I needed anything. "This is nice hotel with excellent rooms facing the city. My windows were facing the palace of Jodphur but they were very dirty. There is a good restaurant but if you want bottled water you have to pay cash. For some reason I don't understand why they can't charge to the room. The staff is very polite and try to solve issue. The WI-FI is very slow and it drops every 5-10 minutes. However, in my case they gave me access to another wi-fi network and this solved the problem. You need to ask however....
