"Some staff were very friendly and efficient, others not so much. Would be better if breakfast were included within the price from the get go. The hotel is pretty secluded in that there are alternative hostelries to explore locally. However, if you are prepared to drive then Bettws y Coed is quite close. This hotel is the perfect launching place to walk Moel Siabod. "

"Very nice hotel in a quiet town. Breakfast very nice and included free with the room and Margret was very lovely and helpful with pub recommendations in the area as well as any other issues we had. Room was a decent size for the stay had an en-suite shower and wardrobe. Again can’t say enough good about the stay and would 100% return here if I came back to wales"

"I love this hostle. Its so convenient. Its clean. Its got great transport links via the bus system . Its got great food on site, bar , menu and breakfast all great. Bathrooms and communal kitchen all also clean and functional . Great to have. Parking can be a expensive but options to park locally and bus but make sure you check the timetables. "Room was very well maintained to a high standerd. room was small but this was ok as only ever used for a single guest. Breakfast cooked to order and was a generous portion.
