"It was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast and workout room. The room was spacious and clean. The weekend check out time was great. However, there was no parking space available at night even though we paid for it. We had to park in a a no.parking vehicle, where we were concerned that our vehicle would get hit."

"The elevator was broken, they should’ve put not working sign. We went out for my birthday and returning from the night. The front desk young lady was very rude. She said “ ummm excuse me are you even customers here?” I was so confused I just scan my room key card to go in the doors. Why wouldn’t I be I customer coming in? I think it could’ve been approached differently. She was very rude. "

"The property was excellent. Anitra was perfect. She exhibited the most excellent customer service that I’ve seen in a long time. The Chalkboard restaurant was awesome. The manager Brittany was amazing and our server Ericka was such a sweetheart. Even Jason who brought our car around from valet was such a gentleman. This was a perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. "

"Great staff & location. Easy walk to anywhere around Bricktown. The valet was actually pretty easy to use. You just pay the $22 a night and can come and go as you need to. You just request your car through a text link and it is up front within 5 mins. Only extra added expense is tipping the valet when they bring you the car-which I always wanted to do bc they were great people- always helping with bags or random questions I had about the area.
