"Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."

"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time. After queuing at the reception for about 10 minutes I requested for an early check in from the 3pm allocated and request denied.
